Ashley Norris grew up riding in Harford County, Maryland and has been working with horses for over 25 years. She grew up riding and competing in the hunter jumper arena and has since branched out to dressage. One of her main passions is taking thoroughbred horses from the racetrack, evaluating, training, and finding them a second career. These graduate horses can be found all over the United States, and some she has even rehomed to Canada. Several top quality foals are available each year, including Hanovarian's, Oldenburg's, and thoroughbred/warmblood crosses.

As business has continued to grow; Ashley outgrew the family farm and decided it was time to make the jump to a complete facility based business. She works between the home farm in Jarrettsville, MD and larger facility in Forrest Hill, MD.

Ashley believes that horses much like humans learn and perceive things differently. That what works for one horse may not work for another. Combining different training methods to suit each horse's personal needs is what has worked best for her.
